If you have a Walgreens, Rite Aid, or CVS you can do all of the deals that I have been doing. They all have similar programs. CVS is the one I do because it is closer to my house and seemed a bit easier to do. I listed a bunch of links a couple of posts ago of websites that helped me learn.

As far as grocery couponing goes, I don't know what grocery stores policies are there. My stores double coupons up to a dollar which means if I have a .75 coupon they will automatically double it to 1.50. It makes it a lot easier to get food cheap. I would suggest starting there and ask all of the chains around you what their policy is.

The basic idea is that you buy what you need with coupons, but if there is an awesome deal where you can get something for really cheap stock up so that you don't have to pay more for it for a few months. For instance, if there is a 10 for 10 sale on cereal and you have a .75 cent off 1 coupon then you can get 10 boxes of cereal for 2.50. This would be a time to stock up and buy 30 boxes and store up until the next big sale is. If your store doubled in the above instance you would get all of the cereal for free. Anyway. Call if you have more questions.

I am sure this is way more than you really wanted to know. GL!

Vicki! How are you? I just read your darling Christmas "flier" at my mom's last night! I feel like it has been forever . . . because it has. (Cheri's wedding??) Anyhow, my blog is on private, so e-mail me and I will send you an invite. I would love to stay in touch that way.

LOVED your Christmas card! Made me want to come to Boise (or Meridian) immediately! What a beautiful family. Sounds like things are going well there. Glad to hear it!

First I LOVED your Christmas Card, my favorite EVER!!!! So cute!! Second I just discovered where your parents live (i have a patient down the street and was driving out of the neighborhood and saw Vreeken on the mailbox)! I was pretty sure there weren't a flock of Vreekens but just to be sure I asked my patient today if they new the Vreekens and tada they did and they knew you and I can't tell you who they are because that would be a breech of HIPPA regulations which I am sure results in some federal sentencing of body part removal (of which I am not fond of, unless of course it includes my buttocks or muffin top disappearing) anywhoo - small, small world!!!

Okay sis - I HAVE to have an updated family picture of you guys - my last one is way outdated - preferrably a 5x7 or 4x6 to go in the frames I have. Finally watched the girls dancing - SO cute! I can't wait to show Kelli. We won't be able to enroll her in a dance program until they do enrollment in August. I think she will love it. Luv ya! - jac ps - I'm dieing to come see you guys in Meridian!
